NEW PRODUCTS

Buyer acknowledges that the only warranties with product(s) are those provided by the manufacturer and that the EES makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, either expressed or implied. The following warranties begin from date of original purchase: Wood Chairs:  one year on frame and 30 days on paint. Banquet Tables: One-year warranty on parts and labor. Celebration Folding Chair: One-year against all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Portable Flooring: Florlok®, Publok®, Outlok® and Weblok® are guaranteed for (1) year on surface and (3) years on locking system.  MegaMover Transport Carts - two years.  All other products carry a one year warranty from date of purchase.  Warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or improper handling.

USED PRODUCTS

The buyer hereby acknowledges that the product(s) described as “used” or “pre-owned” as the subject of a sale is being sold with no warranty expressed or implied on an “as is” and “with all faults” basis according to the laws governed by the State of Illinois.

SHIPPING

The acceptance of the shipment by the carrier is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered to them in good condition and properly packaged. The carrier who delivers the merchandise to your door is responsible for its safe delivery.

SHIPPING DAMAGE REPORT PROCEDURES

Check your shipment immediately upon receipt. Customer is to report on freight bill the nature and extent of damages upon acceptance of shipment. Please immediately notify the carrier to inspect merchandise. In filing a claim for damages you may make a credit adjustment with the carrier, arrange to have repairs made, or replace the merchandise. Open your shipment and inspect all parts, if any part is damaged or missing, a claim must be filed by the recipient. Returns: Return shipments are not accepted unless specifically authorized by EES/EFS on a Returned Goods Authorization form. Acceptance of returned merchandise is subject to inspection and a minimum restocking charge of 30% of invoiced amount. Returned merchandise should be returned with transportation charges PREPAID. Returns must be made within 30 days after return authorization is issued. A product that has been used is subject to a charge of 50% of invoiced value.

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT ORDERS

Upon receipt of EES/EFS contract with customer’s authorized signature an order is considered confirmed. All cancellations or changes to orders are subject to EES/EFS approval. No cancellation will be approved after production has begun. Cancellation of stock and non-stock product(s), if accepted, is subject to a 30% cancellation charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the customized nature of specialty portable flooring, chairs, or other customized products, over runs, and under runs not exceeding 10% are considered an acceptable delivery, and will be billed accordingly. Custom orders require a 75% nonrefundable deposit prior to work start.

PAYMENT

EES requires a minimum order of $1,000.00 to establish a credit account. First orders require a 50% deposit prior to shipping and upon credit approval balance terms are net 30 days. For your convenience EES accepts all major credit cards and company checks for payment. Please allow 8-10 business days for credit processing. If time does not permit credit review or order does not meet the $1,000.00 minimum, payment is due in full in advance of shipment. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Illinois and California state sales tax and shipping charges are additional.
