How are shipping costs calculated?
Costs and shipping method are determined by weight and size of your order. Special delivery requirements affect the cost of a carrier shipment such as the need for lift gate, pallet jack or inside delivery. Some products are suitable for UPS shipping. Guaranteed time sensitive delivery rates also available. Additional charges apply to residential deliveries.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. Minimum order requirements are different for each product. Please ask an EES Sales Representative for details.

How long will it take to get my order?
For in-stock items the ship time from receipt of your order confirmation is 3-5 business days. Transit times vary by ship to location.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Event Equipment Sales accepts all major credit cards and company checks. If paying by check please allow up to 10 business days prior to shipment of your order for processing of payment.

Are quantity discounts available?
Yes. Discounts vary by product. Please contact an EES Sales Representative for details
